Can I log-in on mobile with the same login details on the web?
Yes, every data-collector has the same login details on both the web and mobile app.
Can I edit an already submitted form?
An already submitted form can only be edited if the IP-Admin rejects the form. When a form is rejected, the reason for rejecting it would be stated, and the data collector would be notified.
Can I reset my password?
Yes. Once you log in with the password created for you, you can change your password where you have account setting on the side-bar panel of the web application.
Can I change or reset my password on the mobile application?
No. This can only be done on the web application.
Can I collect data for different programs with the same mobile?
How can I create a form for my program?
As an IDH-Program admin, you will have access to creating a form on the form page. During form creation, you are to fill all the necessary fields and select the corresponding KPIs. A click on the submit button after going through the questions to be sure it captures the need of your program will create the form for you.
Can I add questions to the form for my program?
If you are an IDH-Programme admin, you can add new questions to the form after selecting all the required KPIs.
Can forms be used immediately after they are created?
No. The IDH-Admin must approve the newly created form before it can be used to collect data.
Can I create a form for another program?
No. As an IDH-Program admin, you can only create forms for your programs.
Can I reuse an already created form?
Yes. You have the option of creating with a template on the create form functionality. This allows you to update an already approved form to create a new form.
Can I create KPIs?
Only the IDH-Admin can create KPIs.
Can new KPIs be added?
Yes. The IDH-Admin can add new KPI.
Can I access metrics from approved data?
Yes. Metrics from approved data can be accessed on the approved metrics dashboard.
Can I download approved metrics?
Yes. The approved metrics can be downloaded on the approved metrics dashboard.
Can I access metrics from raw data?
